I already failed at doing this every day, hahahaha. Oh well. Everyone will get over it :)
Let's see.. a quick recap of yesterday: I pretty much slept all day long, and then I had class. I'm becoming more comfortable with class now. As in, I'm starting to ask questions and talk about things. I've never been one of those people who likes to ask for help - which really sucks, hahaha.
Today, on the other hand, I had to work all morning. Actually, I was pretty much there all day. The good news is that I got to go get a cupcake at Gigi's afterward! I'm telling you, if you've never had Gigi's Cupcakes then there is definitely something wrong with you. They definitely hit the spot, especially if you're someone who loves icing like I do. Yum! All different flavors each day, too! Today I got two.. although, I probably won't eat one until tomorrow or so. I got the Little Miss Princess cupcake, which is really yummy - I've had it multiple times; then I also got the Pina Colada cupcake, which I've never tried before. I must say, the pina colada cupcake was REALLY good! It had little flakes of coconut inside the cake and as a garnish on top of the icing.
Meanwhile, I think I'm obsessed with Say Yes to the Dress! I'm always watching this show! Some of these people are crazy though. When I start looking for a wedding dress, I'm taking two people with me: my mom and my aunt. All of these brides bring in all of these people with such different opinions, or they bring in too many opinions. It's ridiculous.
Anyway, I'm out for the day.

Day 1: lasagna
I've decided to start trying to blog every single day. That way my life can pretty much get out there - and maybe, if anyone actually reads this some day, people will understand a little of what I have to go through while dealing with such ridiculous people wherever I am.
Today, I walked into work.. and was informed I was supposed to work 11-8, instead of 11-4. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet, right? I guess it wasn't too awful.. except I didn't really get off work until 8:45. And I was faced with the choice of eating Cheeburger food (yuck.) and not going to tan or going to tan then coming home to fix something to eat. So, I chose the second option. I made it to the tanning place literally right before they closed; then I come home, find out that there is absolutely no food because it's all been eaten while I was at work. I sat down for a little while, and I eventually decided to make the lasagna in the freezer that I was originally supposed to make. Please keep in mind: the lasagna takes TWO HOURS TO MAKE. I look at the oven and after seeing it FINALLY! has 25 minutes left, I open the door to take the lasagna out to take the cover off.. and I drop it. All over the kitchen floor.
REALLY??!? This is obviously why I admit that I can't cook. Who screws up a frozen lasagna that you just have to PUT IN THE OVEN!? Ah, yes. I cried. Believe me, I did. It was so sad. I'm not really sure why.. but I cried really hard. I'm not really sure what's wrong with me. Meh? Yeah, pretty much.
So, after a late-night trip to Walmart and a creepy guy asking me who I knew that was in the Marine Corps, I'm finally home cuddling with my dog on the couch watching Golden Girls. Go figure. Hahaha. What a day /night. 9 days until Jordan's home though<3
